I was playing Mother Nature while drawing this series of illustrations: I invented creatures that don’t exist by taking inspiration from diversity & ingenuity of all living organisms found on Earth.
I aimed to capture the interconnectivity of nature and show that all living organisms share a bond.
The series is inspired by nature documentaries,
incredible beauty of various tribal cultures from world’s remote areas
and I have to admit - I am a big fan of J. Cameron’s Avatar.
